Terms and Conditions of Service

PsyC Works Consulting (“the Consultant”) provides workplace psychology services to clients (“the Client”) subject to the following terms and conditions

1. Scope of Work

The Consultant agrees to provide services as outlined in the agreed-upon scope of work, limited to workplace psychology services ONLY. Iris PsycWorks Consulting offers psychological consulting services designed to empower and facilitate growth for individuals and organizations. Our services include, but are not limited to, evidence-based psychological principles, innovative solutions, and expert guidance.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to participate actively in their growth and development processes. This includes attending scheduled sessions, completing any assigned tasks or activities, and providing accurate information to the best of their ability.

3. Disclaimer

The Consultant is not a licensed medical or mental health professional and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Services are focused solely on workplace psychology and performance.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due within the timeframe of receipt of the invoice. Clients are responsible for paying all fees associated with the services provided by Iris PsycWorks Consulting. Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Confidentiality

The Consultant shall maintain the confidentiality of all Client information.

6. Cancellation Policy

  1. If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, they must provide written notice to PsyC Works Consulting within the following timeframes– For individual coaching or consulting sessions: at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time – For workshops or group sessions: at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled session date  For project-based services: at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date

7. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

– Individual coaching or consulting sessions: 50% of the session fee if canceled within 24 hours

– Workshops or group sessions: 25% of the session fee if canceled within 5 business days

– Project-based services: 20% of the total project fee if cancelled within 10 business days

8. Liability

The Consultant shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Client.

9. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

10. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable laws and ethical guidelines. However, confidentiality may be breached if there is a risk of harm to the client or others, as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Iris PsycWorks Consulting reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website or otherwise notifying clients. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iris PsycWorks Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

13. Governing Laws

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Iris PsycWorks Consulting operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
